This household brand name sought the support of The Strategist Group in undertaking the integration of an acquired business in WA with their national operations. 

 

This successfully completed project included the formulation and implementation of integration and change plan, completion of management capability review, organisational redesign identifying efficiencies through job analysis and review and address of policy and procedural risk factors.

Supporting the local operations of this mid size global software company, our consultant undertook the development and implementation of Employer brand across all their advertising mediums, planning of a networking/brand positioning calendar for the year, formalising their value proposition, sourcing strategy and development of remuneration and benefits framework aligned with business strategy and market conditions.
